SHIPPING POLICY

Upon receipt of payment, Kul-Tymz will be ship the item (s) to you via Insured US Mail unless other methods are discussed and agreed upon. As soon as your item is shipped we will provide you the tracking number.

TAX POLICY

Only Connecticut residents will be subject to 6.35% state Sales Tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Product (s) shipped to destinations outside the US may be subject to additional local taxes to clear customs. Kul-Tymz has no control over the amount and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay those charges.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS. We accept business or personal checks (though we must allows 10 working days for clearance with the bank), Domestic and International money orders and PayPal (payable to our email address which is ekul@Kul-Tymz.com (though PaYPal fees may apply to the Buyer) .

RETURN POLICY

Kul-Tymz has a 5-day courtesy return policy on any watch in which we require prompt communication of your intentions to return an item. Please e-mail us at ekul@Kul-Tymz.com or call us immediately to inform us about your decision to return an item. The product should be returned to us in its original received condition within 5 days of receipt. Extra care in return packaging should be exercised to avoid damage during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are neither refundable nor reimbursed for the return. Watches returned must be sent via US Mail insured with tracking number.

KUL-TYMZ WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND ON PRODUCTS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

• The product has been intentionally or accidentally damaged or modified in any way.
• The product has been misused.
• The product has been damaged by moisure, water or any liquid.
• The product has been mishandled or dropped.
• The product is not returned in it's original shipping packaging (or equivalent) and well protected against shock and damage.
• The proof of purchase cannot be provided.
• The product is returned after 5 days from the date of receipt (which means the date one has received the package according to the tracking number provided by the shipping company).

WARRANTY

PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT MODERN, QUARTZ WATCH ACCURACY. THESE WATCHES CAN BE AS OLD AS 90 YEARS OLD. KEEPING TIME WITHIN 5 MINUTES PER DAY IS DEEMED ACCEPTABLE AND UNDERSTANDABLE. Kul-Tymz offers a 30-day limited mechanical warranty on any watch, excluding consequences of mechanical shock due to mishandling like for example dropping, or damages from water or any other liquid.

At Kul-Tymz your comfort and privacy is highly important and respected. We will strive to protect your privacy and will never share any information with any 3rd party.

On occasion we may add links to other web-sites as a courtesy deemed informational to vintage watches and collecting. However Kul-Tymz takes no responsibility for any association or actions of such other websites.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR

In case of a misprint, typographical error or incorrectly priced item, Kul-Tymz reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.
